Corrine Durand

Corrine’s work is an invitation to come home — to the body, to breath, and to the quiet intelligence that lives within.
Through intuitive massage, energy medicine, and breathwork, she helps clients reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, presence, and wholeness.

Rooted in Woodstock, New York, Corrine’s practice is shaped by over two decades of exploration in the healing arts. Guided by venerated mentors and teachers, she has studied and integrated many modalities including Energy Medicine, Indigenous Medicines, Breathwork, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Emotional Release, and Spiritual Counseling.

She has completed two Yoga Teacher Trainings, Breathwork certification, and holds a Holistic Health Counseling certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Corrine’s practice is grounded in deep heart centered compassion. Her commitment to the art of healing and self-awareness has been a life’s work and the most important teacher has been her own body and life experience. Each session is a dialogue with the body, a collaboration between practitioner and client, where touch and presence become the language of healing and renewal.

Beyond her bodywork practice, Corrine is also a mother and visual artist, passionate about beauty in all its forms.

Cedar & Spruce Bodywork is located in Corrine’s home studio, just five minutes from the heart of Woodstock, NY. She also offers home visits in select areas, serving Woodstock, Kingston, Saugerties, and surrounding towns throughout Ulster and Greene Counties.
